Men's Collegiate Gymnastics

Backstory

Baby boomers have an earned reputation for liberally giving kids sports trophies. But competitive gymnastics is a grueling exception. One of my sons joined a team at seven and competed until middle school. In 2001 gymnastics was becoming more popular among boys. At the same time the number of men’s collegiate teams was diminishing.
